What we build
Eight product lines, built to your drawings, from lit metal letters to a wayfinding package for one building. Every set leaves the factory install-ready.

Thuận Sơn builds eight lines to a sign shop’s or contractor’s drawings: LED backlit metal letters and logos (five lighting effects), channel letters, dimensional letters, lightboxes, modular signs with replaceable faces, marquee neon-effect letters, desktop signs for trade shows, and wayfinding sign packages for one building, with a numbered sign schedule, a style guide and an elevation for every sign. Every set ships install-ready.
Product lines
Eight lines
One card per line: what it is and the decision it answers. Every line is quoted from the same brief.

LED Backlit Metal Letters & Logos
Five lighting effects: Silhouette, Multi-layer, Glow, Neon Rim, Neon Flex
Metal face and return, LED modules behind or along the edge. The line most shops reorder for interiors.

Channel Letters
Face-lit or halo-lit; on a raceway, on a backer, or flush.
The raceway or backer is built and wired here, so the crew hangs one assembly.

Dimensional Letters
Non-lit cut letters in metal or acrylic, stud mounted.
Painted, brushed, polished or corten. A mounting pattern ships with the letters.

Lightbox
Standard cabinet, face-lit or halo-lit, built to size.
Cabinet, face and LED layout drawn to your elevation before anything is cut.

Modular Signs
Backlit Modular · Frontlit Modular
Replaceable faces: change the design by season without buying a new sign.
Built for brands that reorder the same sign across locations.

Marquee Neon Effect
Marquee letters with a neon-effect edge, LED inside.
The bulb look and the neon look without glass or gas.

Desktop Sign
Counter-size lit signs, built for trade shows. One unit is a normal order.
Same metal, same LED modules, scaled to a counter.

Three mounting options
Every lit set goes out one of three ways. Our engineering team draws the default; you change it at approval.
Channel Letters (flush mount)
Each letter wired as its own unit, straight onto the wall. Your crew needs access behind the wall for the power supply.
Rails / Raceways
One painted raceway carries the letters, the LED wiring and the power supply. Our default for outdoor sets over 16 sq ft.
Backboards / Panels
The whole set on one panel with the wiring behind it; plug in and it runs. Our default for a complex logo under 16 sq ft.
Over 16 sq ft outdoors we default to a raceway; a complex logo under 16 sq ft usually goes on a backer. That is our default. Your landlord’s sign criteria win — send them with the brief.
Raceway or backer built at the factory, with mounting-point drawings and an install guide.
Send a photo of the wall; our engineering team proposes the mounting method and the pattern.

Production records
What the production records say
Production records since 2024 cover 3,782 built items; 2,411 of them carry the full file: an approved mockup, a build spec, a lit-test photo and a crate photo (production records, checked 31 October 2026). Each product page shows the typical build for its line, drawn from the same records.
FAQ
Questions sign shops ask
Which line is right for a halo-lit storefront?
Channel letters halo-lit, or LED backlit metal in the Silhouette or Glow effect. Send the elevation and the wall; engineering picks the return depth and standoff with you.
Can I mix finishes in one set?
Yes, within the finishes listed on this page. Specify each element on the drawing; the mockup shows the combination before the run.
Do you build pylons or monuments?
Not as a product line. We quote the eight lines above, including wayfinding sign packages: directional, directory and parking signs for one building.
