Thuận Sơn builds signs to your drawings and ships them under your name. Each order goes brief, quote, engineering drawings, mockup, production, lit test with photos, then an export crate with the raceway or backer built, mounting drawings and an install guide inside. No minimum order; typical lead time about 4 weeks from order to your door, confirmed at drawing approval; delivered with freight and duties handled or collected at our factory, your choice at quote.

You see it before we build it
A mockup is approved before the production run; from one set up. Engineering drawings are sent for your approval first; the lead time is confirmed at that approval.
You see it before it ships
Every set is lit-tested and photographed before packing. Export packing, a tracking number, and shipping damage reported within 7 days with photos.

Channel Letters
Face-lit or halo-lit; on a raceway, on a backer, or flush. Also called built-up letters.
Dimensional Letters
Non-lit cut letters in metal or acrylic, stud mounted.
Lightbox
Standard cabinet, face-lit or halo-lit, built to size.
Backlit Modular
Replaceable faces: change the design by season without buying a new sign.

Marquee Neon Effect
Marquee letters with a neon-effect edge, LED inside.
Desktop Sign
Counter-size lit signs, built for trade shows. One unit is a normal order.

Directional, directory and parking signage for one building, delivered as a numbered sign package with a style guide and an elevation for every sign.
How an order runs
Brief
You send artwork, sizes, quantity, destination, target date, and the mounting surface if known. We confirm receipt and ask for anything missing.
Quote
Quoted per sign set, including freight if you choose delivered-to-door. A quote within 24–48 hours once we have artwork, size and quantity.
Engineering
Engineering for every order: structure, mounting points, load, wiring and power, so the sign arrives install-ready. You approve the drawing set. The lead time is confirmed here.
Mockup
A mockup is approved before the production run.
Production
Cut, weld, finish, wire. The raceway or backer is built in the same run.
QC
The full set is powered up, checked and photographed. You get the photo set before packing.
Ship
Mounting drawings and an install guide ship in every crate. Export packing and a tracking number when the crate leaves.

- Artwork (AI, PDF, EPS, JPG, PNG), or the sign schedule and drawings for the building if you are the contractor. Send what you have — vector or a JPEG; we redraw at no charge.
- Letter height or overall width
- Quantity per item, in sets
- Lighting: face-lit, halo-lit, non-lit
- Mounting if known (raceway, backer, flush) and the mounting surface. Send a photo of the wall; our engineering team proposes the mounting method and the pattern.

Will my client ever hear from you?
No. We work only through you. It ships under your name, and ours is not on the sign unless you want it.
I’m a contractor, not a sign shop. Can I order directly?
Yes. Send the sign schedule or drawings for the building. Each sign ships install-ready with mounting drawings and an install guide; your crew hangs it and connects power. We do not install.
How long does an order take?
Typically about 4 weeks from order to your door, including freight, for a delivered order. It depends on quantity, spec and destination, and is confirmed when you approve the drawings.
How is shipping arranged?
Delivered to your door with freight and import duties handled, or collected at our factory if you run your own freight — your choice at quote. Any change in import duties between quote and delivery is borne by the buyer.
Can you ship straight to my client?
Yes. We can ship directly to your client’s address.
We are outside North America. Can you build for us?
Yes. We ship worldwide. 230V / CE-marked components are available on request, and certification requirements are confirmed per project.
