How we work
Brief
You send artwork, sizes, quantity, destination and target date.
Quote
Quoted per sign set, within 24–48 hours once we have artwork, size and quantity.
Engineering
Structure, mounting points, load, wiring and power. You approve the drawing set; the lead time is confirmed here.
Mockup
A mockup is approved before the production run.
Production
Cut, weld, finish, wire; raceway or backer built.
QC
The full set is powered up, checked and photographed before packing.
Ship
Export packing, tracking, and mounting drawings and an install guide in every crate.
What we can put in writing
- A warranty written per component: paint and coatings on metal 10 years; LED modules 5 years indoor, 3 outdoor; power supply 3 years; acrylic 3 and 2. Full table.
- A mockup is approved before the production run.
- A lit test and a photo set of every set before packing.
- LED modules and power supplies are UL Recognized / UL-listed components. If your client’s city or landlord requires a UL label on the complete sign, tell us before production.
- Every sign ships install-ready: raceway or backer built, wiring run, mounting drawings and an install guide in the crate. Your crew hangs it and connects power.
Boundaries
- We do not sell to end customers or contact your clients.
- We do not install. Install-ready does not mean we install. Your crew hangs the sign and connects power on site.
- Our signs are not UL Listed as complete signs; the LED modules and power supplies are UL Recognized / UL-listed components, and a complete-sign label is planned before production if you need it.
- We do not publish our partners’ clients’ names or photos with names.

Integrity First is the slogan, and it is the working rule: the drawing, the photo set and the warranty table say what you get, in writing, before money moves. One in All is the logo: three joined squares for the connection with the companies we build for, one square for the identity that stays its own inside that.
