You get a quote within 24–48 hours once we have artwork, size and quantity. The quote is per sign set, includes freight and duties if you choose delivered-to-door, and is followed by engineering drawings and a mockup. No minimum order.

What to send for a quote

Send	Why
Artwork (AI, PDF, EPS, JPG, PNG)	A vector file lets us quote from the artwork itself. Send what you have — vector or a JPEG; we redraw at no charge.
Letter height or overall width	Size sets the return depth, the LED count and the crate.
Quantity in sets	One set is one complete sign or logo as drawn. Quoted per sign set.
Lighting: face-lit, halo-lit, non-lit	Decides the face material, the LED placement and the standoff.
Mounting, if your landlord specifies it (raceway, backer, flush), and the mounting surface	Send a photo of the wall; our engineering team proposes the mounting method and the pattern. Your landlord’s sign criteria win.
Destination city and country	Freight and duties are in a delivered quote.
Target date	Typical lead time is about 4 weeks from order to your door — typical, confirmed at drawing approval. Tell us if your date is earlier.

Quoted per sign set, not per letter or per square foot, because the price is for a set that arrives install-ready.

I only have a JPG of the logo. Can I still send it?

Yes. Send what you have — vector or a JPEG; we redraw at no charge. The engineering drawing you approve is the final artwork.

What if I don’t know the mounting type?

Say so. Send a photo of the wall; our engineering team proposes the mounting method and the pattern. We draw our default (raceway over 16 sq ft outdoors, backer for complex logos under that) and your landlord’s criteria override it at drawing approval.
