Component-level warranty
One table, one number per component, indoor and outdoor. There is no single number for the whole sign, on purpose.
Thuận Sơn’s warranty is written per component: paint and coatings on metal 10 years; LED modules 5 years indoor, 3 outdoor; power supply 3 years; acrylic 3 and 2; UV-coated polycarbonate 5 and 3; LED strip 2 and 1. It covers materials and components, replacement parts ship free within the period, and on-site labor is not covered. Shipping damage is reported within 7 days with photos.

What the warranty covers
Warranty covers materials and components. On-site removal and reinstallation labor is not covered.
Replacement components are shipped free of charge within the warranty period.
Not covered
Not covered: natural fading or yellowing, wall adhesive used during installation, damage from incorrect wiring or installation.
Shipping damage
Shipping damage: report within 7 days with photos.
Electrical components
LED modules and power supplies are UL Recognized / UL-listed components. If your client’s city or landlord requires a UL label on the complete sign, tell us before production.
The standard package is Samsung-chip LED modules and a UL-listed power supply; special specs use other components and are written into the order file.
How to claim
Email [email protected] with the order number, photos and a short description. Replacement components ship within the warranty period.

Why no single warranty number?
Because paint, LED and acrylic age differently. One number would be wrong for two of them. The table is what we can stand behind, per part.
Who pays for the installer’s time to swap a module?
The sign shop or its installer. We ship the replacement component free within the period; on-site labor is not covered.
Is the warranty the same for all destinations?
Yes, the same table applies to every order.
