Brief to crate, seven steps
What we do, what you get, and where the numbers get fixed.
An order with Thuận Sơn runs in seven steps: brief, quote per sign set, engineering drawings for your approval, a mockup, production, a lit test with a photo set, then export packing and shipping with tracking. The lead time, typically about 4 weeks from order to your door for a delivered order, is confirmed when you approve the drawings.
Brief
You send artwork, sizes, quantity, destination, target date, and the mounting surface if known. We confirm receipt and ask for anything missing.
Quote
Quoted per sign set, including freight if you choose delivered-to-door. You get a quote within 24–48 hours once we have artwork, size and quantity.
Engineering
Engineering for every order: structure, mounting points, load, wiring and power, so the sign arrives install-ready. You approve the drawing set. The lead time is confirmed here.
Mockup
A mockup is approved before the production run. From one set up.
Production
Cut, weld, finish, wire. The raceway or backer is built here, in the same run.
QC
The full set is powered up, checked and photographed. You get the photo set before packing.
Ship
Mounting drawings and an install guide ship in every crate. Export packing, a tracking number when the crate leaves, and a 7-day window to report shipping damage with photos. Delivered to your door with freight and import duties handled, or collected at our factory if you run your own freight — your choice at quote.
